Barrio Fiesta 2007
On the 14th and 15th of July 2007 was the 23rd annual barrio fiesta festival of the Filipinos in UK held in Hounslow.This is one place in the UK where Filipinos feel like they're in the Philippines.
The fiesta went really well.As expected thousands of our kababayans all over Europe attended this event.You can see different stalls for travel and shipping, remittances, and lots and lots of food sale stalls.There were amusement rides for kids and variety show presented by Filipino talents.Their guest star this year was Regine Velasquez. This is the biggest Filipino gathering in the UK.
